11 Let the woman <1135-gune-> learn <3129-manthano-> in silence

12 But I suffer <2010-epitrepo-> not a woman <1135-gune-> to

teach <1321-didasko->, nor <3761-oude-> to usurp <0831-authenteo-

7 But refuse <3868-paraiteomai-> profane <0952-bebelos-> and

old <1126-graodes-> wives <1126-graodes->' fables <3454-muthos->,

and exercise <1128-gumnazo-> thyself <4572-seautou-> [rather]

unto godliness <2150-eusebeia->.

8 For bodily <4984-somatikos-> exercise <1129-gumnasia->

profiteth <5624-ophelimos-> little <3641-oligos->: but godliness

<2150-eusebeia-> is profitable <5624-ophelimos-> unto all <3956-

kataphroneo-> thy youth <3503-neotes->; but be thou an example

logos->, in conversation <0391-anastrophe->, in charity <0026-

agape->, in spirit <4151-pneuma->, in faith <4102-pistis->, in

purity <0047-hagneia->.

13 Till <2193-heos-> I come <2064-erchomai->, give attendance

<4337-prosecho-> to reading <0320-angnosis->, to exhortation

<3874-paraklesis->, to doctrine <1319-didaskalia->.

14 Neglect <0272-ameleo-> not the gift <5486-charisma-> that is

in thee, which <3739-hos-> was given <1325-didomi-> thee by

prophecy <4394-propheteia->, with the laying <1936-epithesis->

on <1936-epithesis-> of the hands <5495-cheir-> of the

presbytery <4244-presbuterion->.

15 Meditate <3191-meletao-> upon these <5023-tauta-> things;

give <2468-isthi-> thyself wholly <1722-en-> to them; that thy

profiting <4297-prokope-> may appear <5600-o-> to all <3956-pas-

16 Take heed <1907-epecho-> unto thyself <4572-seautou->, and

unto the doctrine <1319-didaskalia->; continue <1961-epimeno->

1. Rebuke <1969-epiplesso-> not an elder <4245-presbuteros->,
