ambassador <6735 tsiyr > is sent <7971 shalach > among the heathen
<1471 gowy >, Arise <6965 quwm > ye, and let us rise <6965 quwm > up
against <5921 <al > her in battle <4421 milchamah >.
2 Behold <2009 hinneh >, I have made <5414 nathan > thee small
<6996 qatan > among the heathen <1471 gowy >: thou art greatly <3966
m@<od > despised <0959 bazah >.
3 The pride <2087 zadown > of thine heart <3820 leb > hath deceived
<5377 nasha> > thee, thou that dwellest <7931 shakan > in the clefts
<2288 chagav > of the rock <5553 cela< >, whose habitation <3427

art thou cut <1820 damah > off!) would they not have stolen <1589

grapegatherers <1219 batsar > came <0935 bow> > to thee, would <14>

9 And thy mighty <1368 gibbowr > [men], O Teman <8487 Teyman >,
shall be dismayed <2865 chathath >, to the end <4616 ma<an > that
every <0376 >iysh > one <0376 >iysh > of the mount <2022 har > of
Esau <6215 <Esav > may be cut <3772 karath > off by slaughter <6993

10. For [thy] violence <2555 chamac > against thy brother <0251
>ach > Jacob <3290 Ya<aqob > shame <0955 buwshah > shall cover <3680
kacah > thee, and thou shalt be cut <3772 karath > off for ever

13 Thou shouldest not have entered <0935 bow> > into the gate <8179
sha<ar > of my people <5971 <am > in the day <3117 yowm > of their
calamity <0343 >eyd >; yea <1571 gam >, thou shouldest not have
looked <7200 ra>ah > on their affliction <7451 ra< > in the day
<3117 yowm > of their calamity <0343 >eyd >, nor <0408 >al > have
laid <7971 shalach > [hands] on their substance <2428 chayil > in
the day <3117 yowm > of their calamity <0343 >eyd >;
14 Neither <0408 >al > shouldest thou have stood <5975 <amad > in
the crossway <6563 pereq >, to cut <3772 karath > off those of his
that did escape <6412 paliyt >; neither <0408 >al > shouldest thou
have delivered <5462 cagar > up those of his that did remain <8300
sariyd > in the day <3117 yowm > of distress <6869 tsarah >.
15 For the day <3117 yowm > of the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > [is] near

17. But upon mount <2022 har > Zion <6726 Tsiyown > shall be
deliverance <6413 p@leytah >, and there shall be holiness <6944
qodesh >; and the house <1004 bayith > of Jacob <3290 Ya<aqob >
shall possess <3423 yarash > their possessions <4180 mowrash >.
18 And the house <1004 bayith > of Jacob <3290 Ya<aqob > shall be a
fire <0784 >esh >, and the house <1004 bayith > of Joseph <3130

Esau <6215 <Esav > for stubble <7179 qash >, and they shall kindle
