 48 For the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > had spoken <1696 dabar > unto Moses <4872 Mosheh >, saying <0559 >amar >,

 50 But thou shalt appoint <6485 paqad > the Levites <3881 Leviyiy > over <5921 <al > the tabernacle <4908 mishkan > of testimony <5715>, and over <5921 <al > all <3605 kol > the vessels <3627 k@liy > thereof, and over <5921 <al > all <3605 kol > things that [belong] to it: they shall bear <5375 nasa> > the tabernacle <4908 mishkan >, and all <3605 kol > the vessels <3627 k@liy > thereof; and they shall minister <8334 sharath > unto it, and shall encamp <2583 chanah > round <5439 cabiyb > about the tabernacle <4908 mishkan >.

 51 And when <3588 kiy > the tabernacle <4908 mishkan > setteth <5265 naca< > forward <5265 naca< >, the Levites <3881 Leviyiy > shall take <3381 yarad > it down <3381 yarad >: and when <3588 kiy > the tabernacle <4908 mishkan > is to be pitched <2583 chanah >, the Levites <3881 Leviyiy > shall set <6965 quwm > it up: and the stranger <2114 zuwr > that cometh <7131 qareb > nigh <7126 qarab > shall be put to death <4191 muwth >.

 52 And the children <1121 ben > of Israel <3478 Yisra>el > shall pitch <2583 chanah > their tents, every man <0376 >iysh > by his own camp <4264 machaneh >, and every man <0376 >iysh > by his own standard <1714 degel >, throughout their hosts <6635 tsaba> >.

 53 But the Levites <3881 Leviyiy > shall pitch <2583 chanah > round <5439 cabiyb > about the tabernacle <4908 mishkan > of testimony <5715>, that there be no <3808 lo> > wrath <7110 qetseph > upon the congregation <5712 <edah > of the children <1121 ben > of Israel <3478 Yisra>el >: and the Levites <3881 Leviyiy > shall keep <8104 shamar > the charge <4931 mishmereth > of the tabernacle <4908 mishkan > of testimony <5715>.

 54 And the children <1121 ben > of Israel <3478 Yisra>el > did <6213 <asah > according to all <3605 kol > that the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > commanded <6680 tsavah > Moses <4872 Mosheh >, so <3651 ken > did <6213 <asah > they.

 10 And every man's <0376 >iysh > hallowed <6944 qodesh > things shall be his: whatsoever <0834 >aher > any man <0376 >iysh > giveth <5414 nathan > the priest <3548 kohen >, it shall be his.

 6 When ye blow <8628 taqa< > an alarm <8643 t@ruw<ah > the second <8145 sheniy > time, then the camps <4264 machaneh > that lie <2583 chanah > on the south <8486 teyman > side shall take their journey <5265 naca< >: they shall blow <8628 taqa< > an alarm <8643 t@ruw<ah > for their journeys <4550 macca< >.

 7 But when the congregation <6951 qahal > is to be gathered <6950 qahal > together, ye shall blow <8628 taqa< >, but ye shall not sound <7321 ruwa< > an alarm <7321 ruwa< >.

 8 And the sons <1121 ben > of Aaron <0175 >Aharown >, the priests <3548 kohen >, shall blow <8628 taqa< > with the trumpets <2689 chatsots@rah >; and they shall be to you for an ordinance <2708 chuqqah > for ever <5769 <owlam > throughout your generations <1755 dowr >.

 23 And the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > said <0559 >amar > unto Moses <4872 Mosheh >, Is the LORD'S <3068 Y@hovah > hand <3027 yad > waxed short <7114 qatsar >? thou shalt see <7200 ra>ah > now <6258 <attah > whether my word <1697 dabar > shall come <7136 qarah > to pass unto thee or not.

 24.  28 And the priest <3548 kohen > shall make an atonement <3722 kaphar > for the soul <5315 nephesh > that sinneth <7683 shagag > ignorantly <7683 shagag >, when he sinneth <2398 chata> > by ignorance <7684 sh@gagah > before <6440 paniym > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >, to make an atonement <3722 kaphar > for him; and it shall be forgiven <5545 calach > him.

 29 Ye shall have <1961 hayah > one <0259 >echad > law <8451 towrah > for him that sinneth <6213 <asah > through ignorance <7684 sh@gagah >, [both for] him that is born <0249 >ezrach > among the children <1121 ben > of Israel <3478 Yisra>el >, and for the stranger <1616 ger > that sojourneth <1481 guwr > among <8432 tavek > them.

 30. But the soul <5315 nephesh > that doeth <6213 <asah > [ought] presumptuously <3027 yad >, [whether <4480 min > he be] born <0249 >ezrach > in the land <0249 >ezrach >, or a stranger <1616 ger >, the same <1931 huw> > reproacheth <1442 gadaph > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >; and that soul <5315 nephesh > shall be cut <3772 karath > off from among <7130 qereb > his people <5971 <am >.

 16 And Moses <4872 Mosheh > said <0559 >amar > unto Korah <7141 Qorach >, Be thou and all <3605 kol > thy company <5712 <edah > before <6440 paniym > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >, thou, and they, and Aaron <0175 >Aharown >, to morrow <4279 machar >:

 17 And take <3947 laqach > every man <0376 >iysh > his censer <4289 machtah >, and put <5414 nathan > incense <7004 q@toreth > in them, and bring <7126 qarab > ye before <6440 paniym > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > every man <0376 >iysh > his censer <4289 machtah >, two hundred <3967 me>ah > and fifty <2572 chamishshiym > censers <4289 machtah >; thou also, and Aaron <0175 >Aharown >, each <0376 >iysh > [of you] his censer <4289 machtah >.

 18 And they took <3947 laqach > every man <0376 >iysh > his censer <4289 machtah >, and put <5414 nathan > fire <0784 >esh > in them, and laid <7760 suwm > incense <7004 q@toreth > thereon <5921 <al >, and stood <5975 <amad > in the door <6607 pethach > of the tabernacle <0168 >ohel > of the congregation <4150 mow<ed > with Moses <4872 Mosheh > and Aaron <0175 >Aharown >.

 19 And Korah <7141 Qorach > gathered <6950 qahal > all <3605 kol > the congregation <5712 <edah > against <5921 <al > them unto the door <6607 pethach > of the tabernacle <0168 >ohel > of the congregation <4150 mow<ed >: and the glory <3519 kabowd > of the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > appeared <7200 ra>ah > unto all <3605 kol > the congregation <5712 <edah >.

 20 And the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > spake <1696 dabar > unto Moses <4872 Mosheh > and unto Aaron <0175 >Aharown >, saying <0559 >amar >,

 21 Separate <0914 badal > yourselves from among <8432 tavek > this <2063 zo>th > congregation <5712 <edah >, that I may consume <3615 kalah > them in a moment <7281 rega< >.

 22 And they fell <5307 naphal > upon their faces <6440 paniym >, and said <0559 >amar >, O God <0410 >el >, the God <0430 >elohiym > of the spirits <7307 ruwach > of all <3605 kol > flesh <1320 basar >, shall one <0259 >echad > man <0376 >iysh > sin <2398 chata> >, and wilt thou be wroth <7107 qatsaph > with all <3605 kol > the congregation <5712 <edah >?

 23. And the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > spake <1696 dabar > unto Moses <4872 Mosheh >, saying <0559 >amar >,

 24 Speak <1696 dabar > unto the congregation <5712 <edah >, saying <0559 >amar >, Get <5927 <alah > you up from about <5439 cabiyb > the tabernacle <4908 mishkan > of Korah <7141 Qorach >, Dathan <1885 Dathan >, and Abiram <48>.

 25 And Moses <4872 Mosheh > rose <6965 quwm > up and went <3212 yalak > unto Dathan <1885 Dathan > and Abiram <48>; and the elders <2205 zaqen > of Israel <3478 Yisra>el > followed him.

 26 And he spake <1696 dabar > unto the congregation <5712 <edah >, saying <0559 >amar >, Depart <5493 cuwr >, I pray <4994 na> > you, from the tents <0168 >ohel > of these <0428 >el-leh > wicked <7563 rasha< > men <0582 >enowsh >, and touch <5060 naga< > nothing of theirs <1992 hem >, lest <6435 pen > ye be consumed <5595 caphah > in all <3605 kol > their sins <2403 chatta>ah >.

 27 So they gat <5927 <alah > up from the tabernacle <4908 mishkan > of Korah <7141 Qorach >, Dathan <1885 Dathan >, and Abiram <48>, on every <0376 >iysh > side <5439 cabiyb >: and Dathan <1885 Dathan > and Abiram <48> came <3318 yatsa> > out, and stood <5324 natsab > in the door <6607 pethach > of their tents <0168 >ohel >, and their wives <0802 >ishshah >, and their sons <1121 ben >, and their little <2945 taph > children <2945 taph >.

 28 And Moses <4872 Mosheh > said <0559 >amar >, Hereby <2063 zo>th > ye shall know <3045 yada< > that the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > hath sent <7971 shalach > me to do <6213 <asah > all <3605 kol > these <0428 >el-leh > works <4639 ma<aseh >; for [I have] not [done them] of mine own mind <3820 leb >.

 29 If <0518 >im > these <0428 >el-leh > men die <4191 muwth > the common death <4194 maveth > of all <3605 kol > men <0120 >adam >, or <0176 >ow > if they be visited <6485 paqad > after the visitation <6486 p@quddah > of all <3605 kol > men <0120 >adam >; [then] the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > hath not sent <7971 shalach > me.

 30 But if <0518 >im > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > make <1254 bara> > a new <1278 b@riy>ah > thing, and the earth <0127 >adamah > open <6475 patsah > her mouth <6310 peh >, and swallow <1104 bala< > them up, with all <3605 kol > that [appertain] unto them, and they go <3381 yarad > down <3381 yarad > quick <2416 chay > into the pit <7585 sh@>owl >; then ye shall understand <3045 yada< > that these men <0582 >enowsh > have provoked <5006 na>ats > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >.

 31 And it came <1961 hayah > to pass, as he had made an end <3615 kalah > of speaking <1696 dabar > all <3605 kol > these <0428 >el-leh > words <1697 dabar >, that the ground <0127 >adamah > clave <1234 baqa< > asunder that [was] under <8478 tachath > them:

 32 And the earth <0776 >erets > opened <6605 pathach > her mouth <6310 peh >, and swallowed <1104 bala< > them up, and their houses <1004 bayith >, and all <3605 kol > the men <0120 >adam > that [appertained] unto Korah <7141 Qorach >, and all <3605 kol > [their] goods <7399 r@kuwsh >.

 33 They, and all <3605 kol > that [appertained] to them, went <3381 yarad > down <3381 yarad > alive <2416 chay > into the pit <7585 sh@>owl >, and the earth <0776 >erets > closed <3680 kacah > upon them: and they perished <6> from among <8432 tavek > the congregation <6951 qahal >.

 34 And all <3605 kol > Israel <3478 Yisra>el > that [were] round <5439 cabiyb > about them fled <5127 nuwc > at the cry <6963 qowl > of them: for they said <0559 >amar >, Lest <6435 pen > the earth <0776 >erets > swallow <1104 bala< > us up [also].

 35. And there came <3318 yatsa> > out a fire <0784 >esh > from the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >, and consumed <0398 >akal > the two hundred <3967 me>ah > and fifty <2572 chamishshiym > men <0376 >iysh > that offered <7126 qarab > incense <7004 q@toreth >.

 36 And the LORD <3068 Y@hovah > spake <1696 dabar > unto Moses <4872 Mosheh >, saying <0559 >amar >,

 37 Speak <0559 >amar > unto Eleazar <0499 >El<azar > the son <1121 ben > of Aaron <0175 >Aharown > the priest <3548 kohen >, that he take <7311 ruwm > up the censers <4289 machtah > out of the burning <8316 s@rephah >, and scatter <2219 zarah > thou the fire <0784 >esh > yonder <1973 hal@ah >; for they are hallowed <6942 qadash >.

 38 The censers <4289 machtah > of these <0428 >el-leh > sinners <2400 chatta> > against their own souls <5315 nephesh >, let them make them broad <7555 riqqua< > plates <6341 pach > [for] a covering <6826 tsippuwy > of the altar <4196 mizbeach >: for they offered <7126 qarab > them before <6440 paniym > the LORD <3068 Y@hovah >, therefore they are hallowed <6942 qadash >: and they shall be a sign <0226 >owth > unto the children <1121 ben > of Israel <3478 Yisra>el >.
